Wish I could give zero stars.... This company is the worst decision I have ever made in my life. The refuse to work with customer with extensions. Day 5 and car is disabled when signing contract you are advised if you need more time to just call. They charge way more than what the care is worth. Dealerships have no direct numbers. Been calling since 8am and only 1 manger available who refuses to let me speak with her manger.

LITERALLY THE WORSE COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!! DO NOT GET A CAR WITH THEM EVER!!!!!! The initial process is painless and easy but they have the highest interest rates and they charge you for extra stuff like not having full coverage and will turn off your car whenever they want. RUN AWAY! RUN FAR AWAY!!! Go to an actual dealership.

This place is terrible! They don't communicate well at all. They are very nice in the beginning to get you into a vehicle and after that it is downhill from there. If I could warn everybody to stay away from this business I would. I paid money to keep my car going and they still shut it off. They are so full of lies. If I could take it all back and NOT do business with them I would.

Why aren't we allowed to give a zero star rating? Y'all customer service is straight trash! First of all, I set up auto pay on my account but you idiots took out the wrong amount and when I contacted you about it, I was told you can't see what is going on with my account until it's paid.... then after I paid the amount manually since your auto pay system is a joke, you turned on the kill switch on my car and had it going for 5 days straight, 5 days AFTER I made the payment!!! I really, really wished I would have listened... read more

Was a cosigner on a vehicle with my ex-wife was written in divorce decree I have no reliability for the vehicle she turned the vehicle in u.s. Auto Sales never contacted me I find out 6 months later I have a repo sent them a copy of divorce decree nothing has changed been fighting with them for the last five years to remove from my credit I would not buy nothing from the crooks

I have been financing from US Auto for over 3yrs for $530 and still have a loan balance of over $12k. The car isn't even worth $10k. My bank contacted US AUTO around 3/15/2021 to verify a 14day payoff amount and once verified issued me a check. I contacted them today 3/19/2021 to get an address on where to send the check and was told there is no indication that a payoff quote was given and there hadn't been a quote since Jan2021. This company has awful business practices my car payment became do on the 23rd of January 2021 and I called them to get an extension before my car was scheduled to be disabled and was assured if my check had not come because of the mail and Covid 19 they would give an extension. I Purchased, a car from US Auto Sales. It hasn't been a good experience at all, it first stated when the car acted up after 15 days after I had it, they ask me to pay for it.
