us auto sales have reposessed my vehicle during a global pandemic three days after my payment was due.... only one payment behind. ti definitely do not reccomend doing business with this company.

The worst company EVER. I've never in my life seen a "company" that will take or turn off your car on the fifth day. I called to get a week extension I was told it was approved but the next morning my car was turned off. I called and the CSR told me that it couldn't be done because the next week was a new month. I am currently on disability & I have been since 2017. When I purchased my car the dealership in Greenville,SC knew that this was when I recieved payment & my payments were suppose to be based around this! Just purchased a car. Never knew nothing about how much the car was worthy basically till after I paid. Receipt I received altered dates different from my bank statements, but By then I'm signed in a contract with 20% interest rate with a high deposit and paying Close to 300 by weekly. Ridiculous. I'm willing to negotiate that interest rate they shouldn't do tht to people!!! They like a loan shark. ***. The salesman was cool though.

Let me start by saying this, if your reading the reviews and they are BAD, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AND TRUST THEM. The process of purchasing the car was easy and simple and I liked that...But this company has no type of sympathy for any of their customers and real life situations. I went to this place so that my credit would not be run. I was told that they do NOT go based off credit, just income/stability, therefore, there's no need to run my credit right? Wrong. This company ran my credit without telling me they were going to and the only reason I knew if because I received an alert from credit karma. Don't go here. This is by far the WORST company ever. For the last three months I tried to make a payment online (as always) and was not successful. After several days pass and actually able to speak with someone each tim(last three months).
