US Auto is the absolute worst car dealership to deal with. And unfortunately due to poor credit or financial issues a lot of people have to use them. But if you can go anywhere else at all cost avoid this company. My car was involved in an accident and I wasnt at fault. Air bags deployed and the car was deemed a total loss. This is the worst company ever!!! Do NOT purchase a car from them! My car payments are paid and not behind at all. I went to start my car this morning to get my ******** off to school and work. I bought a car off of us auto..was told that if I kept the car for two years that I could up grade with no money down..I took the car back that I had for two years and ask for a upgrade..Almost an hour later...I was told that for some reason that I would have to keep the Car another year . They're the worst company to purchase a car.. Its like buying 3 cars at 1 time. You ask to speak to a supervisor they never put them on the phone.. Trying to get help with pay off amount cause I lost my job.. Never missed a payment for over 5 yrs... NEVER GO HERE..
