Charles and Mike was absolutely amazing!!!!! I have been with US auto for 4 years now and again they have managed to put me in a great vehicle! Their customer service is an absolute joke! We have purchased 3 vehicles with them , we have never missed a payment and when we had a family emergency and couldn't make our payment on the week we had and called wanting to ask for an extension of 7 days they shut down our car leaving us stranded with a sick child , they have also shut down my Car accidentally before ! They won't work with you and really don't care to help You out!
We tried several other dealers in the area. Wish we would of went here 1st. Kevin is awesome. He had us approved within 20 minutes with the car we wanted. Go see him. I know if he can get us approved he can help anyone!
John helped us get into the perfect truck yesterday . Highly recommend him !
