HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! I was sold a lemon, that needs transmission, engine!!!! Car went in shop under warranty , came out worse!!! Management did nothing to help
Not At All. I purchased my vehicle 6 weeks ago. Barely have driven bc of this epidemic and yet I now have radiator and thermostat issues. I called them on Monday they said to bring it to good year and good year said it was busted and needed to be replaced it would cost $891 . Us auto then said they wouldn’t pay on a car I just got 6 weeks ago. Still haven’t even gotten my tag. Mike the manager hasn’t helped in any way. So never again. This is unacceptable and the worse kind of customer service

I haven’t got my Title yet from them it’s been 3 months and I’m getting pissed tf off..Every time I call they talking about they waiting on somebody else.. Y’all don’t get a car from them please don’t!!!
They are horrible. Customer service is horrible. Sales people will lie and tell you that you free oil change and tire rotation for 3 years but when I went for my first oil change they told me they couldn't do none of that. It's so many other reasons not to use them. Stay away from US Auto Sales!!!! Oh and they lie about referrals Before I knew how horrible they were I referred a lot of people and they all supposedly didnt get a vehicle. They are liars!!!!
I had a great experience and was treated with the utmost respect. Mr. Ricky Taylor was patient and helpful during my purchasing procedure.
