My sales person was Charles McBryde, accompanied by his sales manager Barry Silk...and I'm calling the two out by name because they both lied to my face, which is extremely disrespectful. I went into the dealership around 1700 hrs on Monday, Feb. 16, 2015. Spoke with Charles and gave him all of my information, which was entered into the computer. The salespeople were very patient and knowledgeable. Great experience.
Barry was terrific to work with and I felt that his communication skills made us a great team to work together on getting my daughter her first car.
