GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Took a down payment from my friend and then switched financing companies. He is now having to sue for the money, loss of wages, and medical issues that have arrived from not being able to get to work or to the doctors. He has the receipt and contract agreement proving he, in fact, paid for the service he never received. Customer support from Westlake only lied and kept telling us that the lot was out of business. If i could give this place zero stars i would the communication sucks , they were rude and unprofessional ( i know considering I’m a retail manager ) and customer service was a ZERO ! So i live an hour away and communicated with a sales person since they opened at 9am that if i came down i needed to be able to leave with a car , i had all information sent in and insurance on go i just needed a price range of what i could shop within due to not having great credit. THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP IN SOUTH CAROLINA, LISTEN UP! I brought a car from this company and it broke down before 30 days and before the first payment was even due, then guess what happen they went out of business and transferred all accounts to a different finance company THAT ONLY ACCEPTS PAYMENT AND does not honor previous warrantee purchases for the car and expects full payment for a truck i can no longer use because get this the whole motor was done and needed to be replaced. if i could give no stars i would
