Have been lied to several times been trying to cancel the service cause the camera don’t work. They have sent a technician out to fix it and he couldn’t ... was told that to cancel I would have to call time payment and pay them off and I could cancel the service so I did that and one to find out I still have to pay service which is what I was paying time payment until the contract runs out... terrible company don’t use them...

Complete incompetence! So frustrated that I’ve been forced to change to a big, corporate company so that I can have some sort of knowledge about the systems.
US Alert in Ada OK are the most deceitful and lying folks on the planet. How they get people to work that way is astonishing! Our security system quit working Feb last year, I called and cancelled but kept getting a bill so had the bank withdraw auto payment and notify them as such. Every month I'm still getting a accumulated bill I ended up calling 5 times and even sent notice in writing. Still the bills keep accruing and now $254. They say I signed a contract but I never did. What a joke, buyer, user, subscriber Beware!!!! DO NOT use this company. I've waisted my money with them for 12 yrs only to find out leaving them is even more of a joke. Read the contract, what a foolish person to find out I'm in a life long agreement that can only be canceled once a year. Disgusting and disturbing to know they attempt to scare people with " We'll hurt your credit if you dont send us a 90 day notice and pay out a year contract." We’ve had this system for over 10 years now but only because it’s super hard to cancel. Come to find out, it was never fully hooked up in our first house and if we would have been broken into, it wouldn’t have called anyone for help! My family has never been safe under their watch. Don’t waste your money on this system!!
