After looking more into what Stanley told me about my ac I think I was unfair to him and he was probably right. The main problem he and I had was a personality conflict. I'm sure he is a fine service rep for his products so do want to apologize to him.
Stan may be a nice guy but my previous review reflects in my opinion what he told me and tried to sell rather than be bothered with trying to repair.
Very unsatisfied with Stanley Bad mouthed system and previous AC companies. Rather than think logically to see if he could help with a situation with my drain line he said he doesn't know that much about Trane systems and resorted to bad mouth and try to sell new system He is not much of a service rep and a worse salesman. Would never use even when I change AC units. Very poor.
