My experience with US Air has been terrible. These guys don’t handle customer issues on a professional level, they offer no insight or input on how to actually address customer concerns, and if you are dealing with a warranty claim be prepared to sit idle for several days with a broken AC. I’ve been dealing with several employees in particular, and these gentleman have absolutely no sense of urgency to guide a customer through any type of warranty process.
