Service is good...when they're actually open. Name is grossly misleading to the point where it's false advertising. I'm not even expecting them to be open all the time, but how does a place called "24/7" close at 5:30 on weekdays and not open at all on weekends?
24/7 place CLOSED ON SAT AND SUN AND MON. Doesn't 24/7 mean open 24 hours a day 7 days a week this is of course a fraud
I keep meaning to ask the name of the woman who works there but this review is specifically for her (though the man is also very helpful). I run a small business so I’m at this postal center 3-4 times per week with 20+ boxes at a time. She is always so incredibly friendly and bubbly and makes me feel way less terrible about how often I overflow their counter with packages.
