The WORST NIGHTMARE IMAGINABLE! I would rate ZERO STARS but not possible. Everything related with this company is worst than bad. First of all they sent a "specialist" to check what you need to move and gets you an estimate, which will not correspond with the reality. On the day of the move they will simply state that you need extra space and will kill you with the "extra" fees and charges. As with other posters, I'm giving one star only because it's required. STEER CLEAR! They are outright thieves. They destroyed a small, child's piano circa 1940, custommade. They also broke a Baccarat champagne flute, a Jade lamp, chipped an antique Chinese chest and they offered me $18!. The crew leader, an Israeli guy called Jake, refused to bring the piano upstairs -- he said "we don't move pianos". He left it in the garage.
