This dentist did absolutely nothing to help me. Charged my insurance for a cleaning I never had. I was charged for the x-rays she was responsible for telling me I would have to pay for. I have never written a review before but with the pain I was in, I feel an obligation to speak up. It's all about charging the insurance company and the patient for whatever she can get away with. If she had a valid explanation she would have answered the complaint I filed. My complaint was found to be justified by my insurance carrier.
I have been going to Dr. Potkay for Many Years. Dr. Potkay always takes the time to conduct a thorough Cleaning and Checkup. I have had no problems with My teeth since going to Dr. Potkay. They are Extremely nice and professional. I would recommend Dr. Potkay to My Family and Friends.
