Very Very poor service. Horrible!! I called to order an appraisal on Monday- and was promised the appraisal would be done by or before Friday. Called to check on the status of the appraisal and the guy Urso is like "Sir.. What is name of the street of the address for the appraisal?" Really??? - after giving an entire address twice, you couldn't give me a call to check the street address until I called you. This is not how a business is done. wasted my week you idiot!!
