Nice product but terrible customer service. I have been waiting for ten months now for John to get back to me, as promised, to help restore my radio antenna that he failed to mention would be rendered useless after the conversion. His response to my statement that my radio no longer had reception was, "The radios in Elements never worked well anyway." Just. Wow. Still waiting --- ten months later. I took the liberty to report Ursa Minor to the Better Business Bureau.

John and his team at Ursa Minor completely customized my J30. The quality of the build is excellent. I had a few issues and John worked with me to get them taken care of. Highly recommend Ursa Minor!

Quality of constructional installation. The ability to quickly and easily raise and lower the tent is awesome. Unexpected benefit: the vehicle's suspension keep you level. A+
Coming up on 5 years since we converted the Element. Still looks like new after 100,000 miles with the camper top. (234,000 total) Great folks to work with. Can’t find any other car out there that could replace this eCamper. Highly recommended.
We're having fun with the e-camper. It's strong, easy to use, comfortable and fun! now I need roof rack!
