Dr. Urea and his staff are rude and inconsiderate people. The Doctor needs to go back to school and take some people skills classes. He will not give you the time of day and you always have to talk to the PA instead. He had no patience to talk with my Grandmother. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!

My mom has suffered long enough and the experience at this office has been nothing but a bigger headache and hardship. The reviews are dead on please beware staff is incredibly inconsiderate, uneducated, and careless about anyone. I would only hope staff doesn't have to go through this kind of treatment with their loved ones, maybe just maybe they would understand. Doctor Urrea you can thank your staff for the desire to look elsewhere. I can't specify enough how much reviews are right!

I would not recommend him at all. Service was poor. Talked me into having an epidural at his site and quoted me an amount and now is charging $400.00 more. All he kept doing was wanting to take xrays. His staff was very rude and his bookkeeper was horrible!!!

Dr Urrea does not have the best bedside manner initially, but that is because he is very focused on YOUR HEALTH. After you get to know him, he is pretty down to earth and very kind. Dr. Calderone, his PA is very friendly and knowledgeable as well and can explain anything to you in detail, in ways that you can understand. These men took me from not being able to walk very many feet to having my normal life back. I have seen them for 7 years and would recommend them first to ANYONE.

Dr. Urrea doesn't have the best bed side manner but he is amazing. His P.A is very nice and knowledgeable. I would love to give more stars but the woman that work in his office ruin my experience. They are rude and it's horrible to try to set up follow ups. They NEVER call back. They don't apologize even after you tell them they are being rude. He needs to hire a new staff ASAP. They are the first impression and it's not good.

I have seen Dr. Urrea for my back pain and have also taken my daughter as well. Dr. Urrea was always very professional and he got rid of my back pain. I highly recommend him to any anyone who needs a back specialist, he's the best.

As a patient, your confidence & decisiveness impressed me. When my wife was diagnosed with a pinched nerve, the next step was a no brainer. Following her surgery, she is doing well. I cannot express how much it meant to both of us when you prayed with us before the surgery. I also want to commend your exceptional office staff. Christina, Jose, Jessica & Lorena are all top notch. It is a comfort it is to know that there are surgeons of your caliber, professionalism & character.

I have seen Dr Urrea and Calderon for many years. I have no complaints about the Physicians, until today. Office staff is very rude and disrespectful and stated that a pre auth for meds is to much trouble for them!! I am in disbelief and wonder if the Dr is aware of the rudeness of the staff. He's been my physician for a long time is a great Dr but the office staff? I shake my head in disbelief.
