HORRIBLE customer service. Have been trying to work through an issue with our order for months. Unresponsive each time I inquired until I filed a chargeback which they denied and then said I never reached out at all. I’m now another dozen emails into this issue without resolution. Condescending and unhelpful! Buyer beware!
