Have Peyronie’s disease and was never treated or recommended surgery when I obviously needed it. They will claim the disease stabilizes after a year but it continues to worsen in over 50% of men. “ can’t control the progression of the disease” yet not treating it when there was a optimal chance at fixing it. I’m highly disturbed by my experience at this facility. I would rate this place negative stars if I could

This review concerns only the administrative staff of the University of Miami Health System Urology Department — not the physician. The level of incompetence I encountered was astonishing. In less than 90 minutes, I had to call four times because the staff was incapable of handling a straightforward administrative issue correctly. I was repeatedly transferred — not because it was appropriate, but seemingly so staff wouldn’t have to deal with the problem. I had a serious injury during sex when I was young and was left untreated by this department. I’m now suffering from multiple conditions due to no treatment and careless doctors. There are no words to describe this experience. The department obviously isn’t qualified to deal with serious issues
