under the thumb of drug companies, garbage uneducated doctors that treat you poorly. Don't go there unless your looking for a pill to help you pee. I paid my account balance and they are still sending me bills. picturesque money stealing company claiming to help people.

I've been a patient of Dr Chopp for going on 13 years now. I've no problems making appointments or reaching someone when I need to reschedule. His team is very prompt about letting me know if there is a change in his schedule, which has happened exactly once. I find Dr. Chopp to be personable and he's provided his sage advice freely and opinion on other matters cordially. I'm glad he's my doc and I sincerely appreciate him and the team helping me manage my health concerns.

I don't like the phone system one bit. I called 4 times and had to complain to get some live person on the phone. This was after being hung up on 3 times.

Waited on the line for over well minutes being told that I was first in line and would be helped by the next available representative just to pay their outrageously high bill! Out rages prices, dismal service! I won't go back here again

it is pretty bad when you like the doctor, but the phone system and makes it very hard and time consuming to call in to set up new appointments or request information. They have done a good job on making sure people will hang up before they get routed to a live person to speak with.
