I have been coming to this office for some time now. I can't say enough about the quality service and the doctors are truly dedicated and professional. Had only one isolated incident but I haven't seen that person there since.
Customer service is non existent and it seems that no one cares. I've benn out of meds for two days now and the matter has yet to be resolved.
So far, so good. I met Dr. Sandman while in the hospital for back surgery. I am very pleased with him and have visited the office twice, with another return in about a week. Had a procedure yesterday, and was happy with the nurse who did it. I thought she was very caring and felt I was important to her, and not just another procedure to be done. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sandman to others. So far, the front staff have been pleasent to work with
They are doing all possible to keep my father well and without any unnecessary pain Dr Puig is wonderful and caring
