YOU MUST READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS PRACTICE! I have never experienced such bad customer service from and office and an office manager (Roxane) as I have with this doctor's office. It is incredible that they would charge a "no show" fee for missing an appointment in March during the peak of Covid-19. Front desk is very unprofessional
After the third request by the automated email following up on my visit to the portal, i decide to leave with these final thoughts. I have been a patient of Dr. Gomez for a very long time, my medication ran out, i asked for a refill and was denied due to the need to see the doctor. I asked for an appointment and was told that one was only available over 30 days later. I asked for a 30 day supply and was denied. I had never been to a Urologist before but was highly recommended to this practice. And they did not disappoint. Dr. Gomez and his staff are understanding, compassionate, and supportive! I am happy to have found Dr. Gomez and will recommended him to others, thank you! �
The customer service is atrocious. I had an appointment scheduled for today and my wife called to inquire why there was a fee when our deductible had been met and we have no coinsurance. She waited on hold for 15 min to then have the call answered to be placed in hold again for 10 more minutes then to be answered by someone at the office who was rude and discourteous so my wife ended the call.
