I just got a call from a collection agency and thanks God I save the receipts of the consultations. When I went there the doctor told me I was fine . I still have foam on my urine. I paid you guys out of the pocket 250 dollars and no one care about really help because I didn't have insurance. To follow up to get more money. System is broke.
Dr Kapadia and his staff are fantastic. I have never had a bad visit.
Dr Zhoe is a wonderful doctor who I've had for 8 years but finally had to change because of the uncaring office staff that does not follow up on recommendations of the doctor or Care for the patients well-being. A couple of years ago I attempted to make Dr Zhoe aware of the treatment given by his office staff but made no difference in said treatment.
