Dr Zhoe is a wonderful doctor who I've had for 8 years but finally had to change because of the uncaring office staff that does not follow up on recommendations of the doctor or Care for the patients well-being. A couple of years ago I attempted to make Dr Zhoe aware of the treatment given by his office staff but made no difference in said treatment.

So update to my previous post after having vasectomy. The doctor and nurse are both top notch that did the surgery. Very relaxed setting. One of my coworkers went somewhere else to get there's done and the difference in recovery time was incredible. He is still having problems. I would give 5 stars but there receptionists and office personnel are absolutely worthless. There is only one out of the staff that helped me and she wasn't even supposed to be doing that scheduling. I have yet to be able to even schedule my surgery after the initial consultation. I was told on a Thursday during consultation that if I don't hear anything by Wednesday the next week to call to make an appointment. I called on Wednesday and was told that I had to leave a message with the girl who schedules so she could get back with me. Thursday I called because still no one called me back. Friday I called because no one called me back. Going into the weekend with no appointment set up yet. I hope their doctors are better t... read more
