I want to take a minute to compliment Jessica who works with Dr. Valet at the Matthews office. She has been so helpful with navigating some questions we have about the cost of a test being suggested for my husband. It can be truly overwhelming and frustrating to be sent back & forth between the insurance company and the doctor’s office without being able to get any answers. No extended delay in waiting area. Dr. Velet was not rushing thru the visit in exam room. Suggested additional visit to pursue solution to urinary problem.
Great visit. Wish this office would go back to NovantMyChart. The new app is too hard to even get registered. There needs to be an employee to help every patient get on the app you have to download. It is impossible. Please help me.
Great hands on care from Dr. Yau and his staff. I highly recommend him should life bring you to his doorstep.
Only problem appt was at 10 dr didnt come in till 10:30
