Dr Ritchie was very good however, the office did not set up the requested x-ray which meant I had to leave radiology, go the Urology Specialists, wait 20 minutes in line, get the x-ray order, go back to x-ray, then go back to Urology Spec for my appointment. A review of office procedures (orders, sign-in proocedures, etc) is needed,
Andrew, PA did a great job with my minor surgery. Everyone at the office is very patient and cordial.
