Kelly Ginn was VERY good and knowledgeable and helpful. I did not think to make him aware that I have poor vision up close. He recommended catheters that had a slanted up pointer on the end of them. The samples that he gave me had a pointed up pointer for better entry into the bladder after going through the prostate gland. Usually I could not see that well or well enough to control the orientation of the catheter. He had some other versions of the catheter that had easier to see directions for the device. Sign in process is rather slow and congested, even with online checking and pre-paid co-pay. But wait time is minimal after check-in. Office visit with Kelly Gunn, PA, was smooth, cordial. He comes in prepared, is a great listener and quick decision maker. Highly recommend this practice and Kelly Gunn, PA.
Unfortunately I have used multiple Dr.'s over the last 10 years and have a different opinion and experience with each one. Dr.Gunn has been great and would recommend him to anyone with questions and look for answers.
