These people are not helpful.  They won’t take care of you after they get what they want from you, your money.  They’ll also try to exit scam you.

These people don’t want to help they just want your money.  They made it very clear that they won’t treat anyone’s pain after kidney removals or pcn changes.  They don’t care how much pain your in, nor do they care about conditions such as complex pain.  As long as they get their tubes in you they don’t care about anything else.  I was I could leav a picture  .

If it were possible to give no stars, I would. My husband went to the doctor last September, his prostrate cancer was getting toward the edge , so the doctor wanted to do another biopsy. We went back a week later and told him if it was coming toward the edge. Maybe it should just be taken out. The doctor agreed and said probably October he could do it. We have not heard from anyone about setting an appointment at all, we have messaged many times in the portal and could see when they read it, but they never replied. When we k... read more

More like a factory with poor customer service. Virtually impossible to call for information or appointments without having to wait online for long periods of time or have to request a call back which sometimes doesn't take place for 2 plus days.

If you use adult diapers, then look for a different urologist from a different company unless you got a caregiver with you, and you very well not every has a caregiver to help with these special needs such as incontinence. I went to the appointment like I was told to by them, and I arrived there, they called my name, and I told them that I use diapers 24/7, and I asked for help, and they told me no they cannot do that. They gave me a cup to urinate in, and I did, but the rest of it leaked in my diaper, I asked for help a... read more

I just waited for almost 3 hours and after asking why several times a nurse finally came to the waiting room and handed me a cup to pee in and told me to leave it in the bathroom and I could leave. Never saw or spoke to a nurse or doctor. I drove almost 2 hours to get there. Why did I have to wait for so long and receptionist hands me a cup. Needless to say I handed her back the cup and walked out

I can't believe this place has over 3 stars as a total review. Good story, sit down for this one. 3 months with a 6mm kidney stone. The first appointment with a nurse, they started testing for bladder cancer. On a patient with known kidney stone history. Ordered imaging, took one month to the day for them to get "their" imaging. Well, the 2 ER visits gave them the same CT imaging with in hours. 2nd office visit with a different nurse, still no doctor. At this point they have 3 sets of imaging to look at. This so called medi... read more
