Dr. Malcom’s team is wonderful!
Please speak to Tiyanna B about her rude attitude then blaming me on my husband's my chart. Please listen to the recording and her tone. Being spoke too as if I'm an annoyance then she calls back hours later acting normal because she knows she was wrong the first call. Really ridiculous. Thankfully y'all have good doctors because that girl is awful.
I work for a Healthcare Facility and it's impossible to speak with someone with AI. I don't want to give patients information unless I'm speaking to a person. And there's no option to leave your name/or extension, so how would know who to speak to when calling back. No stars is what I wish I could give. I had several patients called stating that no one returns call and being on hold for long periods of time. DO BETTER.
