Was for a test everything is fine

Very personable. Very helpful. Staff was great
I’ve had good experiences with UOI for the most part. However at my last appointment for my 3 month injection it was discovered that I was supposed to be receiving a monthly injection that was not given since the initial one in December 2025. The staff caught the missed injection in my June 2026 appointment and I received it but that meant that the 5 previous monthly injections were not received. Not sure where the breakdown occurred but am glad they got it sorted.
