I would never ever recommend going here or seeing Dr. Olgin, he was “treating” my dad and told him that all the symptoms he was feeling were normal and that he only had an infection. He wouldn’t even make conversation with my dad or ease him with recommendations, we don’t have alot of money and my dad would pay what he could to get a consultation. This “Dr” told my dad that he would see him in 2 months!!! My dad had to be transported in an ambulance to the hospital because his pain was so severe he couldn’t handle it. He is ... read more

From the moment we arrived everything went extremely smoothly! Every single person who works in this office is extremely nice and helpful. We spent approximately 5 minutes in the waiting area before being promptly called in. Our appointment was at 2:30 and by 2:36 we were in a room! My father is in a wheelchair with limited mobility but Chris and Efrain gladly helped lift him onto the exam table and verbally encouraged him every step of the way during his test. Staff and Doctors are amazing. Prompt and Professional Service
The doctor I saw was a good listener and helped me with my issue. My discontent is with the process in which you are seen and the length of time in waiting area. They take your payment before seeing doctor, so you are held captive. I waited 3 hrs for a 5 minute consultation. 2 hrs in waiting area and 1 hour in consultation room. Four different excuses: Dr takes time with patients; We're wating for a room for you; We've been very busy this morning; Our computers went down. Yeah, yeah yeah! We were referred to Dr Espinoza by her infectious disease specialist. very patient and thorough doctor. Having said that, this isn't a reflection on Dr Espinoza but towards DHR and the Urology Institute. Originally mother was admitted for possible infections of the bladder. They ran almost every test and had several specialists see her. The only relevant testing she needed was something that the hospital itself didn't perform but you have to go across the street to the Urology Institute which is medium size clinic if anythin... read more
