They lied, said I cancelled, have so many problems and the "woman" Dr. told me to squeeze my junk to help with dripping, man this place is malpractices city
I hate to be so critical, but this practice is just bad. Dr. Tran is nice, technically competent and my procedures with her have gone well which is what earns the 2 stars. I believe she is technically competent. But she didn't give me an effective antibiotic (multiple times) for a UTI that wouldn't go away. And she wanted me to take Hiprex which turns to formaldehyde in your urine, and never told me about that fact or any side effects. I do not recommend this place at all. Kevin O’Connor will only dismiss your symptoms and act like you’re putting him out by asking questions. I’ve never experienced such dismissal from a doctor, everything I brought up was met with a wave of his hand and a “nahh.” On top of that he started walking out while I was still talking and left. Please do not go here, find another doctor that will listen to you.
I agree with others. Do not use this office. I also had a negative experience with Mari Parker. She made me feel like I was wasting her time and why am I there. Such a waste of $50.00 co-pay. In which i should be refunded and my insurance she not be charged. Absolutely did nothing but check my temperature. Front desk was professional and nice at check in. But I would never use this office again. I wish I would have done my homework and saw their 3.1 rating. Very accurate in my opinion.
