They got the worst customer service they don’t know how to deal with people that got medical problems and they charge you without you seeing the doctor 🥼 lol I’m still waiting for my copayment back maybe they need it more than me or medicine is just a business for them .

The Bonita office had 12 people scheduled between 7:00am/7:15 for ONE doctor. My dadâs appointment was 7:05. He was never seen until 8:00. Patients were walking out and everyone was complaining. Unacceptable. Only good thing is Doc himself and the poor girls who took a beating for the poor scheduling.

Dr. Sousa is amazing. He educated me about my ailment and established a treatment plan that made common sense. Today, I am better and a much happier person. Thank you Urology Experts!
