The Bonita office had 12 people scheduled between 7:00am/7:15 for ONE doctor. My dadâs appointment was 7:05. He was never seen until 8:00. Patients were walking out and everyone was complaining. Unacceptable. Only good thing is Doc himself and the poor girls who took a beating for the poor scheduling.

Dr. Sousa is amazing. He educated me about my ailment and established a treatment plan that made common sense. Today, I am better and a much happier person. Thank you Urology Experts!
My experience with Dr. Sousa is always the best Dr. Patient relationship one can have. He is personable, thorough, compassionate and Wise! In my opinion, other physicians can gain a lot by just observing him. I recommend DR. Sousa to anyone in need of a urologist of the highest caliber!
I had good experiences with him up until today . I was scheduled for a 4pm procedure and was to arrive at 3pm. I was told to abstain from eating and drinking which as a diabetic is a problem. I arrived at 245 was taken back at 3:30pm for preop. My wife was told that she could go pickup the kids from school and by the time she got back I should be in recovery. She got back and got runaround. At about 5:45 worried sick she demanded to see me . She found me sitting in a chair with iv dazed and confused. They hadent even started... read more
The staff is outstanding and attentive! Dr. Sousa has a wonderful bedside manner and explained my situation clearly and with comfort. I left my previous Urologist and was referred to Dr. Sousa by my gynocologist....Thank GOD!!!!
I recently had another appointment with Dr. Alejandro Miranda-Sousa. It is always a pleasure to deal with him and everyone in the office. The staff are all friendly and courteous as well as very professional. Thanks for making my visits a good experience, and keep up the good work!
