I have bladder issues that are painful and pretty regular Dr Greene has been great in helping me, and Holly Rn is always available right away and very knowledgeable about how to help me. I really appreciate both Dr Greene and Holly Rn
One of the front desk staff is quite rude and gives conflicting information. One told me a certain treatment can’t be scheduled closer together than 7 days exactly, but nurses told me to get the treatment weekly, then harasses me about the appointments that other front desk staff scheduled for this treatment, complaining that I have appointments too close together, my weekly appointments that aren’t spaced exactly 7 days apart.
