The worst doctor ever, so condescending and rude. My brother had not been in for a year as , all was going well. He started the appointment with yelling at us for not coming to the 2 month appointment, then asked him what was going on and we explained the issue and he said he was throwing so many things at him at once. I went here during a difficult time in my life and let them know that I was in treatment recovering from substance dependence and had lost everything. They lead me to believe that they would bill my insurance at the current time and bill me for the copayments which I could pay a little bit later once I completed treatment. After seeing me multiple times putting me through painful tests, they canceled my last appointment which was to go over the results of all of those previous tests. I attempted to schedule an appointment by calling the office's number …1121 but it was not operational. Determined to get my concerns addressed, I visited the Urology OC office in person to meet with the front desk staff. The employee took copies of my identification and insurance information, as well as my email address and phone number. However, after being instructed to return home and wait, two weeks have passed without any updates or information regarding scheduling my first appointment.
