I have been a patient for over 20 years throughout its different ownership. Since Summit Health bought the practice the customer experience has been poor. The doctors are overworked and don't review the charts before appointments leading to redundant and expensive procedures. Scheduling appointments remotely is impossible. My Chart messages and voicemails go unanswered. The only way to schedule an appointment is in person. The office manager took a personal call rather than making time to discuss my feedback.
This office is just not good. Just like the Cliffside park office they did not help me get better and could not properly diagnose me. I went to a doctor that studies natural medicine and got better with no drugs and no invasive procedures . Do yourselves a favor and stay away from all these so called Specialists.

Very bizarre. It is very difficult to reach them. The doctors that I've seen seem perfectly capable and have good bedside manner, but the administrative portion of the office is slower to get back to you. I did eventually manage to get my appointment set and it sounds like they have a lot of administrative backlogged work going on right now. Really hoping that this aspect improves, as once I was on-site my experiences have been positive thus far.
