Very bizarre. It is very difficult to reach them. The doctors that I've seen seem perfectly capable and have good bedside manner, but the administrative portion of the office is slower to get back to you. I did eventually manage to get my appointment set and it sounds like they have a lot of administrative backlogged work going on right now. Really hoping that this aspect improves, as once I was on-site my experiences have been positive thus far.

My husband has been coming to Dr. Simón for years and he is absolutely fantastic. He really cares about his patients and he takes the time to really understand what's wrong with you and adress the issue. We have never had a problem getting seen by him and when he does see you he takes the time to talk to you and figure out what the issue is.
