kindness and knowledge of situation
I had to wait one hour and 45 min to see a doctor. No one told me the doctor was running late. also I had a scheduled appointment with a doctor that had left the practice and they did not inform me. they also seemed indifferent about my complaints. I will give them another chance but I also plan on trying to find someone in their organization that will hear my concerns.
They were running s little behind, but Dr Delnay is worth the time and the office staff very kind
