Billing is handled for this organization terribly. They stack “late fees” without wanting in under 90 days that total huge portions of your bill. I have never had a medical establishment do such a thing especially when insurance takes weeks before sorting out the bill in the first place. Took over a week for someone to call me back in regard to these mystery fees which they will not waive/remove/or discount.

Kelly Gunn explained everything in detail, making sure we understood the procedure. He answered our questions and was very professional in all aspects. He went over and beyond setting up needed appointments needed for tests to clarify diagnosis.

Terrible experience. I went to the doctor a week ago. They waited until yesterday, 12:30, Friday, to let me know I had a UTI and called in a prescription, not one I usually take. I checked and realized I can’t take that medication. I called between 1:00 and 4:30, and left 9 messages some at the front desk and some directly with the nurse, telling them I couldn’t take that medication and that I was flying out the next morning, Saturday, and needed a prescription. .
