Phillip lowe is the most unprofessional and incompetent doctor I don't know where they get his degree as a doctor I took my wife to him for a little urine infection and he gave me a wrong prognostic which said was a cancer charge so expensive no wonder how he gets that porche he drives stilling peoples money and given a wrong prognostic I took my wife for second advice to Rexburg which was wrong was something else, not cancer don't go to this doctor is horrible and not honest
