Would recommend working with someone who's nicer and cares about his patients more
This office struggles to communicate with their patients, the office support staff does not seem to return calls, and if a nurse returns your call, they will typically try to get you off the phone as soon as possible without actually listening to you. I was seen by the NP at this office, who referred me to Dr. Williams for a cystoscope. I came in, they had me remove my pants, only for him to come in and tell me they weren't doing it that day, but outpatient with anesthesia.
