Horrid. Took my elderly mother in after a hospitalization for chronic urinary tract infection and history of kidney trouble. Was told by the doctor MRCH didn't know what they were doing and that my mother had never had an infection! Urgent Care had sent us to the hospital and the hospital after keeping my mother on IV antibiotics for 2 nights had referred her to this group for help with the chronic problem. far too many patients and not enough doctors. anticipate it taking anywhere from 6-8 months after your referral to schedule an appointment. after that, you will be lucky if your doctor will even have the time to see you, even when you're there and waiting for an hour in the exam room to see the doctor before simply rescheduling. if you need care, please just leave the area and go north or south where the doctors are competent enough to care for their patients.

have been generally ignored between retiring doctors and new temporary ones. Several YEARS ago I informed them I was having bleeding problems from unknown origins and for unknown reasons. Since then my urologist retired and the temp. replacement attempted to order a CAT scan but it was lost somewhere between the exam room and the front desk. I called after several weeks to find it was not requested. My new request to date has also gone scheduled? Its onlyt internal bleeding huh! not really important.

Dr. Zagone's office did not attempt to bill my carrier or explain why I was not covered, if so. They just put it to a collection agency. NIce treatment for customers. I won't go back. The doctor refused to explain over the phone why I needed to return although it would be a 200 mile journey for me.

I was referred to Urology Associates by my family doctor and was very pleased with the high level of care I received. The physicians and staff were professional and compassionate. Very thankful to have doctors Dorman, Albertini and Zagone in Humboldt County.

Dr. Albertini was able to treat a chronic condition that my general practitioner was unable to get under control. I can't tell you how greatly he improved my quality of life. Forever grateful for his care and expertise!

I saw Dr. Zagone after being referred by my family physican. He took the time to carefully evaluate my situation and presented me with a few different treatment options. Thankfully I didn't require surgery! I appreicate Dr. Zagone and his staff for the wonderful care they gave me.

Dr. Albertini and the staff of Urology Associates were wonderful to deal with. I was pleasantly suprised to find such a caring group of people when I needed treatment for my kidney stones. They were sensitive to my pain and expedited my treatment. We are lucky to have these guys in our hometown.
