Everything taking good of you when you need it
This is the most unresponsive practice I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with! My mother went into the hospital on Saturday and was diagnosed with a large kidney stone. She was admitted to the hospital and we were told all day Saturday and half the day Sunday that Dr. Ferguson would come to her room to explain the inpatient procedure he would do. He never came. Dr Ben Coons saved my husband, Chris Combs', life! Honestly, he did. I have been beyond impressed with our experiences at this doctor's office. Dr. Ben has been our chosen urologist as we deal with aggressive treatments for stage 3 prostate cancer.
