If I could also give this place a zero I would. In my experience, I have never been able to contact the office in Palm Desert on Fred Waring. Doesn't matter whether I call as soon as they open or right before they close and any time in between. They are always busy attending to other people, apparently. I'm so frustrated with them. I've called and left messages and sent emails with all of my necessary information as requested. No response, reply, or answer however you put it. I've not heard back from ANYONE! This company has a location in Palm springs so this was the first time I had visited at the Palm desert location there's an elevator or stairs and it's on the second floor and it was very nice lots of room to wait everyone was very polite and what I went to have done was done properly quickly and will disgust afterwards. Caitlin was my PA and I would give her a high reviews as well as her assistant
Terrible service. They charged me $250 just for being a first-time patient… I don’t have a problem with that since I don’t have insurance. The issue is that the appointment didn’t even last 5 minutes. The “doctor” didn’t even have the respect to sit down to see me, and he told me the same thing they told me in the ER. I mean, if I’m paying, it’s to be properly checked and given a solution, right? Not to be told what I already knew.
