Had a great visit with the nurse practitioner. She explained everything and asked questions. She was the best!
I had a great experience at Urologic. Katese Rutherford and staff were professional and friendly from start to finish. Katese took time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease. The clinic was clean, efficient, and respectful of my time. Highly recommend for anyone for anyone needing urologic care!
Very thorough, encouraging, caring. Didn’t seem to want to rush in and out of the appointment; she took time to make sure we discussed test results and other health info. She was also extremely sensitive to the matter at hand and put me at ease. I was very pleased with how the visit went and will gladly see her in the future if that’s who the clinic sends into my room. (Clinic, if you’re reading this, she’s a keeper.)
Financial office says they can’t provide me with a total out of pocket cost for a surgical procedure. Tells me I have to call the hospital myself instead of them handling it for their patient. Give me a number call. That number doesn’t work.
