Great Dr and staff. Busy office but they do their best to stay on schedule.
I had an issue that was not resolved with a hysterectomy last year by another Dr. Dr Steinberg had me go through a very thorough set of exams and after they were completed I was able to sit in his office and see visuals of what he believed would correct my problem. He was very clear in explaining what would be performed during surgery, any risks and how I should weigh the risk vs. benefits. Hospital staff all had excellent opinions of him and I am happy to say I do too! Excellent staff too!
One day prior to a scheduled surgical procedure for a bladder sling Dr. Steinberg called me and cancelled my surgery and dropped me as a patient. I had arranged a LOA with work and undergone a full work up with lots of time and money involved to have him drop me the day before the procedure because I made a complaint about his receptionist. His front desk is careless; having lost much of my chart and appointments, and he was extremely unprofessional in handling my complaint. Poor Service
Dr Steinberg has resolved a long-term issue resulting from complications from a hysterectomy. At all times he was thorough, compasionate, and professional.
