I was very disappointed to hear how my elderly parents were treated by the office staff at the downtown office. My mother has ongoing issues and when her regular physician was unavailable was referred to Dr. Walker. My poor parents, who are new to Orlando had more than enough trouble locating the office, navigating downtown traffic, I4 construction, etc. When they finally presented themselves to the office, referral in hand, it was deemed "pending". Dr. Walker and Minedy, his NP, are two of the most warm and welcoming people in the medical field. I signed up for a THERMItight treatment of my arms at his clinic.
