Office staff do NOT have their act together. You grew but lost professionalism, integrity and proper service.
After at least 6 visits to this office I realize they were overcharging me $20 on my co-pay every time. While I was there they agreed they were overcharging me and were supposed to refund my money. After two phone calls, and a week later, still no one has returned my call or credited me money back for this overpayment.
As a six-year breast cancer (DCIS on both sides) survivor, I had been in chemically induced menopause for three years. But a year after stopping Tamoxifen, at age 56, my period came back with a vengeance for three weeks. My GYN sent me to Dr Stacey Sensor, who scheduled a hysteroscopy a weeks later. While my uterus looked clear, I didn’t want to take the chance of having another period or pushing my luck on ovarian cancer. On January 9, 2018, I had a follow up visit with Doctor Sensor for a follow up to a biopsy procedure that I had done at their office on 801 N Orange Avenue in Orlando, FL. When the office called to confirm my appointment a week prior they informed me that I had an outstanding bill from an October 31, 2017 date of service.
