Hale was extremely helpful, kind and courteous despite the facility being busy and other customers being rude to staff, she provided excellent service.
I was supposed to get scheduled for a procedure and waited a week for the call from URMC Vascular Surgery Group. The call never came. So I called them and was told that the scheduling department was behind. So I waited. And waited. Then I decided to get another doctor.
I wish I could give 0 stars to Grayson Pritcher! The most unsympathetic dr, and lacks concern or care for a patient, I have ever met in the medical field! what dr tells a furst time patient "i killed people on the operating table"? Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time seeing him! I found a second opinion and now can walk without issues! He was not the least interested in helping. If he isn't under review, he should be.
