As new Moms we were nervous for our little guy (17 months) to be having a surgical procedure to put tubes in his ears. However, the team at Sawgrass was exceptional in making us and our little guy feel comfortable. Michelle, the nurse we had to get us settled in the beginning, was so kind, great with our little guy and explained everything to us clearly and compassionately. I had surgery here (180 Sawgrass suite 100) and the staff there was amazing they all were so friendly and helpful and just extremely kind and polite
great care from receptionist to post operative nurse so professional but down to earth. My husband had surgery couldn't ask for better!
My granddaughter who is 4 has to wait 90 minutes before going into surgery. Schedule is a joke. She shoulda been first or don't bring her in so far in advance. Poor kid couldn't eat or drink and she has to sit in a strange room for 90 minutes. Not pleased
Very happy with this surgery center. Doctor was phenomenal and nurses were very kind and helpful.
