What a joke of a facility — unfortunately, the joke is on the patient. Had a Fibroscan done for my liver on a Wednesday at 8am, which took just a few minutes. Fibroscan results are so fast that you can actually get them as soon as the scan is done. I wasn’t in a hurry but expected the results 24 to 48 hours later on MyChart. With the weekend just a few hours away and not wanting to lose an additional couple of days waiting, I just called the office to get an ETA. Great place very clean and very friendly
My son had surgery the other day. Thoroughly impressed with how organized they are. How privacy is a priority. The staff was very friendly. So understanding that surgery can be stressful for families, especially moms. The waiting areas were clean and very accommodating, with books, coffee and water. I wish we could go here for everything, not just our daughter’s surgeries! Front desk, nurses, anesthesiologists and doc’s are all wonderful people. Especially Dr. Clinton Morrison. We spoke to several surgeons around Rochester, but no one is as caring, confident, reassuring and patient as him. Our girl’s webbed hand repairs at 6 and 10 months old went quickly and smoothly. It’s not easy to send your baby off for any procedure, but everyone there made us feel comfortable and addressed any concern with understanding.
