My son had surgery the other day. Thoroughly impressed with how organized they are. How privacy is a priority. The staff was very friendly. So understanding that surgery can be stressful for families, especially moms. The waiting areas were clean and very accommodating, with books, coffee and water. I wish we could go here for everything, not just our daughter’s surgeries! Front desk, nurses, anesthesiologists and doc’s are all wonderful people. Especially Dr. Clinton Morrison. We spoke to several surgeons around Rochester, but no one is as caring, confident, reassuring and patient as him. Our girl’s webbed hand repairs at 6 and 10 months old went quickly and smoothly. It’s not easy to send your baby off for any procedure, but everyone there made us feel comfortable and addressed any concern with understanding.
My son had his surgery here and my husband and myself were very impressed with all the staff at this location. Typically in most medical places there is at least one moody tech or nurse but that was not the case here. Everyone was super welcoming, informative and made my family feel welcomed. You can tell that the staff truly love their jobs. Also in the main lobby has complementary coffee and hot chocolate. The snacks in the vending machine are reasonably priced.
What a wonderful staff, so kind, caring, and compassionate. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here and with the amazing people who took such good care of me, calmed my nerves, and made me feel better undergoing a procedure.
