Clean facilities and friendly staff!
Surgery for my little guy [3yo] was a breeze with the staff and made my worrying mama heart SO MUCH at ease! The nurses and doctors are beyond exceptional making sure the patient and the parents feel comfortable! My son got to be a "doctor" and was beyond excited to go meet all the other nurse friends to show off his cool clothes, mask and tools! As new Moms we were nervous for our little guy (17 months) to be having a surgical procedure to put tubes in his ears. However, the team at Sawgrass was exceptional in making us and our little guy feel comfortable. Michelle, the nurse we had to get us settled in the beginning, was so kind, great with our little guy and explained everything to us clearly and compassionately.
