I really like this clinic. It's very clean inside, the music puts your mind at ease while waiting/ relaxing and it smells so very good the moment when you open the front door. In addition, the entire staff Is Awesome! Also, the Receptionist is very professional and genuinely nice. In my own personal opinion, this clinic deserves 10 Stars and I highly recommend going this place. To all Moms, there's a little playroom for the children.
Went here and was there for half an hour had a swab of my mouth and they billed over 1000.00. They misdiagnosed and i felt even worse, ended up going to a place in orland and they performed the same work and was chaged less then 500.00. This place is a joke. Tried to call into their customer service and was on hold for hours and still can't get a hold of anyone. They will rush you through but can't pick up a phone after. This was my first experience with an urgent care facility. I am so impressed with the level of care and compassion shown by the entire staff. Thank you for making a bad situation so much better.
