Fantastic experience, their lobby was wonderfully decorated and it smelled wonderful in there. They had the best nurses there and a great sweet kind receptionist. Wonderful service!!
5 stars for the practice overall, but unfortunately my experience with Hanna Vintonyak, FNP was very disappointing. I have been coming to UrgiClinic in Lockport for a long time, and I genuinely love this location. The front desk staff are always kind, the medical assistants are wonderful, and every other provider I have seen has been caring, attentive, and professional. Highly recommend this clinic, it’s my second time visiting and for one, it’s clean, never a wait to be taken in. Fast results and there’s a play area for children.
