Awful , I brought my daughter here this past Saturday due to severe swelling of her eye lid and her complaining of pain. The doctor hardly looked at her eye and dismissed it as allergies although I told her she had no other allergy symptoms. And that the swelling is getting bigger Thank god I went with my gut and brought her to another pediatric urgent care where she was diagnosed with periorbital cellulitis and prescribed antibiotics.
Ever since they moved to east ave it just seems all over the place and not more efficient with my son when it comes to his appts. Calling/sending out text messages for reminders is important but apparently they don’t do that. (Unusual).
Drove my 10 month old here because I suspected he had an ear infection. I was turned away bc my son wasn’t “up to date” with the CDC vaccine schedule. I asked why he has to be fully vaccinated and they had no response other than it was their policy. what type of child care is that? Horrible front desk staff.
Very Professional. Took care of both of my Children. Kept them calm, and even had them laughing. ( In spite of our situation) Great team!
I called this office asking if they had availability. They said yes 3 spots at 4pm. I drove thirty minutes to this office for my 2.5 year old to be seen. I even made a second call a mile and a half away confirming I was one of the 4pm spot. I show literally 3 minutes later and a guy at the front desk said they are full. I said I just called.
