Didn’t wait long, wait at ER down the road is 10x as bad and at least here the customer service is nice. Dr. Sechler and nurses were kind and explained everything thoroughly. Exam fee is $70 cheaper than ER. 10/10 recommend
This vet is so organized and everyone is so kind. Usually in and out very quick for urgent but not emergency situations when your regular vet isn't available. Highly recommend.
Very pleasant experience, the staff was very nice and careful with my German shepherd, highly recommend.
Waited for two and a half hours at Carolina Veterinarian. No one came to let me know how much longer the wait would be. We were there to get a couple of broken stitches replaced. Decided to Google another Vet. Called Urgent Vet, they were able to see us right away. The staff was courteous, and caring. We picked our dog up about 4.5 hours later, due to her having to be sedated. Would highly recommend Urgent Vet for weekend or after hours vet care. They are priced as such, so expect to pay more.
