We had a great experience at UrgentVet in Matthews. We were seeing immediately, and treated with courtesy and professionalism. I was so impressed with the staff. So glad to know this practice is available when we need them.
Stacy was a sweetheart to our English lab. Took her in after a bee sting. We just saw her face sell up and didn’t know what happened. They were quick and very kind.
Didn’t wait long, wait at ER down the road is 10x as bad and at least here the customer service is nice. Dr. Sechler and nurses were kind and explained everything thoroughly. Exam fee is $70 cheaper than ER. 10/10 recommend
This vet is so organized and everyone is so kind. Usually in and out very quick for urgent but not emergency situations when your regular vet isn't available. Highly recommend.
