The staff and the doctor is amazing. I was so happy they were open at 8 o’clock at night. There is something wrong with my cat and they made him feel somewhat better and he could go home and relax and sleep. He’s been getting better the entire time I highly recommend this office.
I brought my elderly teacup yorkie yesterday as I thought he had pink eyes. Turns out he didnt, an abscess burst. They were so nice!! I recommend 10/10
Both the nurse and vet took time to explain what might be wrong with our senior dog. They were both incredibly kind, did not rush us, and helped us decide next steps.
Excellent experience and great docs at UrgentVet. I was lucky enough to go at a quiet time, and the care that my dog Gracie received was professional and warm and welcoming. The questions were very thorough, and the explanations re: meds were very easy to understand (sometimes it can be overwhelming). To my relief, all was not dire, but glad that we caught it early. I appreciated the "save my spot" online scheduling option. Would definitely recommend highly.
Can't say enough! My poor Thor had to be put down and this office is truly caring and loving ! Appreciate you all. They literally sent me a hand written card and my babies nose and paw prints! Thank you so much. I will use you in the future
